Refund policy

At Genshido Science, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Because our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or purchased by mistake.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds are issued only for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Products that have already been shipped

If approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
